The Centro Anidra is a center for holistic retreats and organic farming in the inland of Liguria region in the Northern Italy. Most of the products are home grown and local. They produce homemade jams, olive oil and sirups.
Your teachers
Giulia Siffu is a Tai Chi Quan and Qi Gong instructor with a martial and strategic approach to personal growth. Specializing in optimizing mental and physical performance, she guides practitioners and professionals in strengthening inner power, managing stress, and enhancing resilience. Her method integrates movement, breath work, and awareness to transform body and mind into a unified force of balance and strength.
Alexandra Romy is a Zürich-based ceramicist and art curator with over ten years of hands-on experience in clay. In 2025, following a previous career as both a lawyer and art gallerist, she founded her own studio—an artistic space where craftsmanship meets ancient wisdom.
Beyond ceramics, Alexandra is certified by the Ming Shan Center (Bullet, CH) in the arts of Tao, specializing in Feng Shui, BaZi (Chinese astrology), and strategic arts such as Yi Jing and Qimen Dunjia. She offers consulting services in Zürich, blending these ancient disciplines with modern living.
